Utilizing Pipedrive as a customer CRM
I am new to Pipedrive and am wondering how it works as a complete customer CRM. I would like to go into a "Clients Account" and view all interactions / deals in one account and manage the client relationship. The only thing I can find is to manage the client relationships by deal versus having one CRM account. Am I missing something? Thanks for any insights...

Pipedrive is a sales CRM. If you want to use it as a complete CRM, you can't do that without some workarounds.
