Hi Inês, we have received a lot of nice feedback about the Campaigns feature.

The email editor with foldering and photo-editing features is amazing. I have even managed to upload html versions of my old emails from a competing marketing software.

Yesterday I ran into a few points that I figured could be good to share to you all here:

    - We had feedback that people want to schedule campaigns to be sent later
    - I sent a few test campaigns and noticed that almost all of the emails are marked as spam. I am used to much heavier DNS settings when setting up a mailing software - in Campaigns it was only about email verification.

Overall Finnish audience is much looking forward to Campaigns!

Hello everyone, I am the Business Systems Analyst for an insurance agency in the US that specializes in high risk Commercial as well as a large Employee Benefits book of business. We are leaving Pardot (our current ESP) and need a new email marketing solution.

My only question so far is if it is possible to add other users from my organization here? Lucas Peed is on the team that is making the final call, so I think it would be good for him to see other's feedback

Hi @Juho Koski , Thank you for this feedback.
    - For now I can comment that "schedule campaign" feature is in our plans to deliver later this year.
    - Regarding "spam" feedback, I invite you to ask this question to Pipedrive support. Only because each case is different and our email delivery team will investigate and after will give you better understanding about the reasons and what you can do to improve.

    Thank you!

Deliverability is a top concern for my marketing team as well, so Juho's experience definitely raises some red flags. Can you all expand a little on what Campaigns does to make sure that this doesn't happen? Since you are sending on our behalf, I also would have expected some more DNS settings

Hi @Kristen Korbler , email delivery and deliverability is very interesting topic. And it is never as simple as you may think at first.

What I can tell you for sure is that we have email delivery team with more than 10 years of experience in delivering emails for thousands of companies and we are making sure that our IP reputation is high.

But important is not only ESP (Email service provider) infrastructure, success in good email delivery is also customers email marketing practise (email database quality, content, results, domain reputation and more.)

My experience shows that even the best senders time to time lands in a SPAM box, and in such cases we will help you to find the reason for that and will suggest solution.

Hi @Kristen Korbler, happy to see you want to get the decision-maker on board!

Unfortunately, I couldn't add Lucas to this channel because he doesn't seem to have a Community member account yet, but the process is very simple like the video shows. Once he does, I will add him here, just let me know.

Okay, more specifically, we want to know if we can (or will be able to) set SPF and DKIM for email authentication in Campaigns?
