Seeing Deal Age and Rotting Deals in List View

I would like to add a column for deal age and have those sortable by age (not deal created date). Is this out there and I'm not seeing it? It is a great way to visually see how old projects are and helps us to understand the sales cycle. Would also be great if the Rotting Deal process could be customized (colors = green (< 30), yellow (30-60), orange (60-120), red (+120)).
