Is there a way to add additional calendar syncing? I have a personal email I would like to add for scheduling ease.

Also, I am starting at a new company and would like to set up a pipedrive account, but connect it to the account I have now. Is there a way to toggle between the two?

1- You can add a maximum of 1 calendar to your pipedrive account. 

2- Yes, there is a simple toggle between the two.
