Automation on deals already exist

Hello,

I manage to create thousands of deals over API and put them in the first step of pipeline.

Now I want them to take them and make follow up on them automatically. How can I do that?

All the automation flows are for new deals/activities etc not for existing ones.

You can create activities for existing deals using a CSV import, or use a custom field to trigger an update, which would be a trigger to create a new activity.
