What's the recommendation when a customer of a won deal cancel the contract.

Reopen and LOST? With doing so, I found that won-time and deal-closed-on become empty. I will lose the information of won-date.

    The recommended way seems 

    • Create a new pipeline for cancel.
    • Move the deal to the pipeline when it is canceled after WON.

    It can keep the status WON and WON related information. 

    I'm doing it.
