Email Campaigns - how to send and what tracking is available?

Hello! First time user of Pipedrive. From a Marketing standpoint, does Pipedrive allow you To send email campaigns out and also to track the open rates?  Thanks!

They specialize in email marketing and have a lot more robust functionality.
