Bonjour, 

 

J'ai 2 télémarketeurs et 5 commerciaux mes télémarketeurs sont payés au RDV pris . Comment faire pour identifier leurs prises de rdv et les différencier des rdv pris par mes commerciaux ? 

Dans activité je n'ai que la possibilité de mettre qu'une seule personne pour cette action est ce possible de mettre un télémarketeur et un commercial ? 

 

A moins que vous ayez une meilleur solution pour identifier leur travail ? et en fin de mois de connaitre qui à fais quoi et comptabiliser leurs rdv

  • There is a creator field under Activities that you could use to see who created that activity. I am assuming they create an activity when they set up an appointment.

    Ok thanks but it's activities for my telemaketer not for my sale . Do you think it's better if i create 2 sames activities one for my telemarketer and one for my sale ?

    There is a creator field under Activities that you could use to see who created that activity. I am assuming they create an activity when they set up an appointment.

    I need to follow the activities of my telemarketer and my sale .

    IS it possible to create one activtie with two creators ? my telemarketer and the sale ?
