API Token/ key on deactivated accounts

Hi all, 

 

Does anyone know how to get the api token and key for deactivated users?

    Hi Matt,

    Thank you for reaching us!

    API keys are deactivated once a user is deactivated, so there's no way to get them.

    However, if you have the credentials for the deactivated user's account, you can activate the user again, log in and retrieve the token.
