What is the URL that allows people to unsubscribe?

Thank you for the locked URL at the bottom of the campaign newsletters - but because it's our first one we want to give everyone the opportunity to unsubscribe at the very beginning of the newsletter. How do I find this URL beffffffore sending the email out?

    I think its dynamically inserted into the email

    Yes, correct. Each email sent contains a unique unsubscribe link.
    There is no generic unsubscribe link available.

    So, is there no way to add a placeholder for that dynamically generated link? I used to be able to do this in Mailchimp.
