Chatbot capture lead information and continue conversation

Is there a way to capture lead information and then continue conversation?
It would be great to be able to have a more detailed conversation and the moment they complete lead information eg. email or phone they get added to the CRM

    Hi @Laurence Carey when you say capture Lead Information and conversation - do you mean the notes, activities and emails that had been sent when it was still just a Lead? 

    If this is not what you mean, could you be specifying the Lead Source?

    Hi,
    No I am meaning if someone does not complete the full form the lead information created like email is still saved.

    Or otherwise once they have completed some information to be able to ask more questions after they are technically 'qualified' as sometimes we want to capture information and then ask mor questions to ensure we can speak with the lead if the drop off
