Cannot get my company Exchange calendar to sync with PD

The email was simple and worked great, but the calendar no so.

Any suggestions would be great.

Hey @Josh Judge  please can you explain further what didnt quite work with the Calendar Sync?

    Couple of things to consider:

    • One way sync, allows all Pipedrive activities to sync into your external calendar
    • Two way sync will mean that you apply a calendar entry in your external calendar, this will also appear as an activity in Pipedrive

We find most people use their external calendar for private/personal use as well as work related, therefore its best to complete the one way sync

    Hope this helps!

I am unable to get to any sync options.

Once I input all the credentials, it just kicks back a message saying

Again, emails work fine, but the Exchange calendar, just will not connect.

Thanks for the image Josh, I wonder if this could be a permission settings within the Exchange calendar itself? it might be worth checking your settings, usually you find a permissions section. When you sync calendars and emails, you get asked if its ok for Pipedrive to communicate with the Application - I am assuming this was the case for both email and calendar when you tried.

    Actually no.

With the email, I entered my server info and user domain\username and it connected.

With the calendar, it's just asking for Exchange user name and PW that's it.

I think that's the issue, its not letting me point it to anything.

Yep, and that article does nothing to help.

I'm in contact with their support team, so I'll update if anything good happens.

They fixed it, I had to contact support, but they got it working.

They seem to have changed the log-in to find my email server and not just my email user name.

I would reach out to the support email and explain the issue, but it works, tested and tried, it works.

    Good luck to ya Sir.
