Hi!

we are looking for a solution where the process is following:

  1. Call centre is calling our leads
  2. They then put a slot in google calendar for meeting
  3. Our sales then handle the meeting

However, there is a lot going around - reminder emails, sms, follow ups after calls

I am looking for a solution, where we could automate all processes around, ideally that call centre would submit some meeting event and it would automatically took care of everything else.

    Hi Martin,

I strongly recommend looking at OnceHub ScheduleOnce for this - https://www.oncehub.com/scheduleonce

I use OnceHub for most of my bookings - for example my initial touch point is a 'Virtual Coffee' - you can see what the page looks like here: https://bit.ly/process-coffee - this link forwards to a page managed via OnceHub.

OnceHub ScheduleOnce integrates with two of my calendars, so that the only bookable slots are those that are available. It's also highly configurable - too much to go into here. Anything you need to do re. scheduling, it can probably do.

I've integrated Pipedrive and ScheduleOnce via Zapier, so that all bookings are synced into Pipedrive as activities.

ScheduleOnce could be used internally by your call centre to make bookings. Your lead then receives reminder emails, SMS and calendar bookings automatically.  More info here (in the section with the title Manually filling out the booking form) https://help.oncehub.com/help/scheduling-on-behalf-of-the-customer

ScheduleOnce also has support for team calendars and sending a thank you message after a meeting - or you can implement this via Zapier or Pipedrive Workflow automation, for example.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers,

    Peter

Thanks! Did you also consider Calendly? If yes, can you tell the difference?

    Hi Martin,

Calendly is great if you're looking for less complex functionality. I personally found ScheduleOnce to really be suitable for my more advanced scheduling scenarios. Having used both in my business, my personal preference is ScheduleOnce. Calendly is still a great option in many cases though. I recommend giving both a test drive and seeing what suits you best.

With both options you'll have lots of integration possibilities via Zapier, for example.

Thanks for the clarification. I will look into that solution.
