Please create a function to notify me if a person hasn't replied to my email within X-amount of days.

When replying to an e-mail and not creating a new activity, one risks the chance of not finding the lead again.

This is how this function on Close.com functions/looks like:

Hi @Dag-Are Halland  looking at this a simple automation to create a follow up activity for X amount of days could be a solution. This means regardless of their reply, you know you have a follow up due - check the deal or email chain and if no reply or update - complete the follow up activity.

If there has been a reply or update on the Deal which means you no longer require a follow up - delete the activity and set the next one.

    Hope this helps

You can do it also with Integromat with automatic activity creation and deletion if answered in the meanwhile. But would be great to have that out of the box by Pipedrive, so that you can send automatically a follow up mail in Pipedrive.

The downside of this solution is that the automation would prompt an action to all emails which doesn't get a reply. It kind of works, but not like in Close CRM where you can simply check a box (and select date).

Today I have to send an email, create a new activity to remind me to follow up the client, check the activity at its scheduled time, and then again check if the conversation history to double check if the client has sent me an email or not, as I don't want to call a client if they already replied to my email.

There are a lot of duplicate threads about this topic, including this one, that should probably be merged into https://community.pipedrive.com/discussion/2840/adding-a-follow-up-reminder-option-to-have-pipedrive-automatically-remind-you-if-a-contact-has-not-r
