First feedback on German address settings

Thanks for having me here :)

My contact details for the marketing settings require the value for "state" and this is shown within the opt-out process.

Well, it is very unusual in Germany to name the state within the address. It looks odd and therefore - as a regional difference to other countries like the US - it should not be a mandatory field.

Yes, it is a minor topic, but that's what beta is for, isn't it? ;)
