Identity Verification in Pipedrive
Hi there!
I have been working with some businesses who need Identity Verification (E.g. passport, drivers licence) to be performed on their 'customers'. E.g. Crowd Funding platforms. Can't see any add-ons in the Pipedrive Marketplace that help with this, but it would seem to make a lot of sense? Does anyone else need something like this and how do you currently solve it? Would simply adding the documents to the contact cause a privacy concern? It's effectively a shared drive, which isn't super secure, so maybe better to verify outside the platform and store the verified status as a field?
