I think better than another software could be an Pipedrive extension, such as product installed base management, for each deal won, each product would become an asset inside pipedrive, linked to the organization and with custom fields enabled so companies could manage their installed base such as warranty periods and equipment tracking for its serial number. This expands the vision of a relationship management tool
