List leads on a Person / Organization profile

Leads are painfully hidden. When I go to a person or organization, just like Deals, I should see a list of leads.

    Any update on this? We struggle with it everyday. You go to a person or an organization behind a lead to find information about them and you can't get back to the lead related to them.

    You also can't find where they initially came into the business or how many times as the leads are not shown.
