Question: Does anybody experience cold start problem for workflow automation?

Recently, I made a lot of workflow automations with my clients. And I sometimes experience a cold start problem.
When I made a new workflow automation, sometimes it may take about 3 or 4 minutes to start the first workflow automation. Once the first workflow is finished after this time delay, however, the subsequent executions have almost no time delay at all. Does anybody experience this kind of issue?
