skp reason: person nopt found

i am triying to import my contacts from a spreadsheet, but during the import, i only got a skip file, with a message : person not found as the skip reason, what am i doing wrong?

    Can't say for sure without looking at the file. Are you including a Person ID field and mapping into Pipedrive's System ID for Person?
