How to clean up deals in Pipedrive?

I am new to using Pipedrive and wondering how do I sort of "clean up" the deals? Had 2 co-workers start lots of deals but they have moved on now and nothing ever happened with the deals they started. I need to clean them off my screen(I am in pipeline view) but yet dont want to totally delete them as need some information that is in those deals. Is there a way to maybe sort the layout by when deals were first started? Or put those away so not cluttering screen?
