Filter for Organization Notes

It would be helpful to place filters with "organization - notes - contains" to avoid creating endless custom fields for reporting/tracking.

    Implementation-wise, would take a lot of time.

    If you don't want to wait, you can create a custom field of type long text and capture all your important notes in this field alone.
