Apps to match up some HubSpot features not present in PIPEDRIVE?

We need to match up some features from HubSpot in a Pipedrive account, which are:

1.- An app or workflow to send all the UTM details from social media campaigns in Facebook and Instagram directly as new leads in Pipedrive

2.- Solution for round robin assignments for new deals or prospects

3.- An app to deal with support tickets based on a deal in Pipedrive

 

What could be the right apps and/or workflows for that? Maybe there are at the marketplace but we don't know them yet.

Thank you for the mention, Amit! Indeed the Outfunnel app can sync new FB leads to Pipedrive while recording Facebook as the source. And we'll be upgrading this integration soon to save all of the UTM information shortly.

Thanks @Amit Sarda  Do you have another option besides Zendesk? A simple and more lightweight solution.

You can try these: Gorgias, DelightChat, Reamaze, Richpanel, Freshdesk, Help Scout

 

I know the founder of DelightChat but I am not sure about their integration capabilities with Pipedrive.

Hey Rodrigo,

 

I believe Zapier can solve the first two problems you have. Fe can act as a middleware between facebook ads and pipedrvie and create and registrer lead in pipedrive with the UTM,

Zapier solves the round robin.
