The first step to organizing your projects better is live. Archive your projects after you've completed them.

We're working on many small improvements continuously but some of the bigger next steps we'll be working on are:

  • Letting you create a process with stages your projects should go through.
  • Setting a status for your projects (like won/lost for deals)
  • Custom fields for projects

There are many other plans for the coming year as well so stay tuned! 🚀

    My top three requests right now:

    1. Bulk editing activities
    2. Rearranging/filtering projects
    3. Grouping activities, maybe even sub-activities for main activities

    These would be great improvements :)

    Number 1 I haven't heard much actually but noted and will research it some more :) 

    Number 2 and 3 are in the plans!

    Great!

    Bulk editing would be especially needed for changing due dates of activities. Now I have created a "template" project to use for creating new projects, but the activities' due dates are copied as is. It would be handy to first bulk edit them to be say the project end date, and then edit them as needed individually.
