Dynamic sent from email address

A field should be made available where users can set the "sent from" email address during the setup of an email template. Particularly when the email template is part of a workflow automation - the email must be sent, for example, from the deal owners email address.
It seems counter intuitive to have to create duplicate workflows under each user.

You should be able to access the Deal Owner field?

But the email will be sent from the owner of the automation. Not good for personalization. We need the ability to centrally manage automation for our growing sales team!
