Add time (Hours) to a Deal

Hi there,


I know you can add revenue to a Deal and this is reported in Insights - which is amazing and simple. But is there a way to add time (hours) to a Deal to go through a particular pipeline?

My business has a maximum capacity on the number of clients it can service to ensure that there is time to meet their service obligations. I'd like to track this in the same way as revenue inside Pipedrive to achieve a sweet point. Any ideas?

    Hey Shaun!

    I believe our report on deal duration might help you. You will see the average amount of time it takes for a deal to go through your sales cycle and also the average time per stage.

    Unfortunately, the time will always be measured in days. Still, hopefully, this can give you some visibility.
