We need more reports over the calls within pipedrive:
We need more reports over the calls within pipedrive and to know if our sales representatives are calling, what time they make their first call and all the calls to have time and activity control.
At the statistical level we need to know how many real calls they make (not activity, but they pick up the virtual phone and call) and then know with how many leads they have had the possibility of selling (leads with whom they speak at least 5 minutes).
These data are strategic for the management of a commercial team in any company.
and with the Pipe calling system we don't have it.
Give me a like to this post to claim that they make us this improvement and leave your comments about what you think you also need for this action or if you see it well.

I suggest using a real phone system to capture these metrics vs using Pipedrive Dialer

We are using the Ringover add on and it tracks the call on the person and also the time.

the point is that we are using pipedrive dailer and we love it, we don't want to change. We only need these metrics

Thank you very much for your answer. The truth is that we are very happy with the pipedrive calling system and we would not like to have to hire another app. We hope that they will take us into account in their next update, otherwise we would have to look for another option that is not the pipedrive call system itself.

We also need to be able to report on this. When a sales rep creates and completes a call for a Lead, we need to be able to report on this. Right not it appears we only have this capability within Deals... correct?
