Hubspot Marketing and Pipedrive

Hi all,

Has anyone on here successfully integrated the Hubspot marketing suite with Pipedrive?

What are the pro's & cons? What functions don't quite work etc.

    The Hubspot Operations Hub product works well for syncing contacts from PD to HS or vice versa. When data is added or changed in one tool, this is updated in the other. 

    Where this solution falls short is syncing back marketing engagement from Hubspot into Pipedrive. things like email opens, clicks, unsubscribes, etc. We at Outfunnel are working on covering this missing piece, you're welcome to sign up for early access here.

    @Andrus Purde Hello! I've tested the Outfunnel feature but unfortunatelly not all email enagement was recorded in Pipedrive, do you happen to know if there are some limits? Also, Outfunnel has updated plans and pricing and now the email engagment is under the professional plan, I was wondering if your're planning to offer only this feature? We won't pay for a professional plan to only use the email enagement record feature. Or do you know which other tools in the market might offer only this feature? Thanks!

    Integrate HubSpot with Pipedrive is quite easy just have it look:

    Select Pipedrive and you'll go to the integration page. Click the Install app button, and HubSpot will prompt you for approval to proceed with the integration. Click on Connect to Pipedrive. If you are still unable to integrate by using these steps then you can use this LINK for integration.

    @MaxBounty Yes, we have already installed this native integration, but is quite limited depending on the business case. Happy to share with you all the issues we've encountered. The issue raised here is about being able to see email activity (open, clicks, unsubscribes, etc.) from Hubspot in Pipedrive, you'll need a third party tool to see this.
