Mirroring values from organization fields into deal fields

Could find anything with the search, that's why I need your help.

I'd like to copy values from organizational fields (key account) to deal fields (key account) to speed up processes whilst creating a deal. 

FYI - We do use an API to pull data into our dwh and it's much easier to pull everything just from deals as bits from deals and others from the organization. That's why we want to mirror this stuff.
