Keeping files in a deal organized

We often run into having a very cluttered filing space as the e-mail signature images & several revisions of our product designs are moving back and forth creating confusing situations for our purchasing dept & quickly getting the right & most recent files.

 

Possible Solutions are the ability to view & upload files to g.drive folders in the deals pages

OR

develop a Zappier integration that allows  "Upload File" as a pipedrive trigger

AND

find a way to filter out e-mail signature images to not show up in the deal -> files.
