Send out internal email when deal is won

I have created a workflow that sends out an email to all my colleges when a deal is won, like a modern bell :)  The problem I am having is that the email gets attached to the deal, and therefor also my colleges. I would like an option for the email to NOT be attached to the deal. Just a system email that gets sent out. Is this possible?

    Hi Bjorn, this can be achieved with Zapier, or even faster within your email with email forwarders.
