Hi there -- I'm looking to set up an automated NPS/CSAT survey every two weeks for active clients and looking for the best way to do it. 

I've seen Nicereply but also looking for free options.

Also looking at SurveySparow that looks promising, but I'm wondering if there is a way to automate the survey email to go out every 2 weeks without the deal stage being updated?

    It appears that SurveySparrow is not very user friendly with its integrations with Pipedrive.
