Resubscribing, new Opt In after Opt Out?
It is a great feature that contacts can subscribe by filling out a webform. But it does happen, that contact unsubscribe and make up there mind later down the road and want to subscribe again. It seems that this is not possible as of now. If a contact unsubscribed and fills out a new form with the wish to opt in again, this is not recognized by the system. Wil this change and what are the suggested workarounds if not? How can a contact change his/her mind.

Yes, that is not possible at the moment. We're working on a double opt-in message sending solution which will help to contact unsubscribed contacts and get subscribed permission.

Hi,
here is a workaround that I've been using for now:
Select the contact that is trying to resubscribe to your newsletter --> select "mass adapt" --> change marketing status --> subscribed
