Two Sales Reps, One Account - How to show on both PipeLines

Hi community! We have several instances where two sales reps work together to close one account. How can we make sure they show on both of their PipeLines without creating two different deals? I've tried adding each other as followers and then changing the visibility group.

    Only one person can be the “owner“ of a deal. By both pipelines do you mean you created a totally separate pipeline for each sales rep?
