Current Lifetime Value of Subscription based Deal

We recently started looking to use the subscription feature to track bot future and lifetime revenue of a deal. 

I am at a loss on how we can automatically get lifetime values of the deal to update each month the subscription is charged. Am I missing something simple here?

The deal value does not update based on subscriptions
