Is it possible to combine Organizations and Persons criteria in the same filter??

I need to produce a filter, combining Organizations and Persons criteria. 

For example: 

- persons who are CFO in companies that are in Region G. 

Cannot fix this. Is it possible?

    Yes, you can do this right now by creating a filter.

    While creating a filter, there is a dropdown for the object to filter by

    Thanks but I don't think that solves my specific problem of COMBINING Persons and Company variables in ONE filter.

    Any suggestion?
