Automate Send new email as reply to last email in deals thread
Hello, the Automation of most of my processes work perfectly, but to make it more efficient, especially for reminders, it would be better to be able to choose that the next email to be sent is a reply to the last email in the deal's timeline, I dont find any way to do that, I have told that it could be done with Zapier, but this only work with Gmail and that's not my case.
Is there any way we can do this?

Don't go with Zapier, it's expensive, not the best device. Personally, I hardly recommend to use Integromat (I'm pro certified by the way). If you want, I can help you to set up your workflow.

HI Arthur,
I'm interested in your idea about using Integromat to automate a workflow so that an email template is sent to the Contact person, utilizing the last email in an existing thread within the deal.
Could you help me know if this would work using Integromat? I'm not able to find this specific automation integration on the Integromat site.
