Hello! We'd like to join the Beta. Will the delay listen if the conditions are no longer valid? We're very, very interested in using this to prevent "mistake-emails" that would go out if a card was misclicked into a stage by mistake!
Â
Thank you!

You can set a condition after the delay. This way if the condition no longer applies the workflow will stop.

Thank you!
Thank you!
I have a question:I now enabled a small test in the automation. If I change the automation rule while a deal is in the "delay pipeline" and is essentially under progress in an automation rule, what will happen? Will the automation rule abort or follow the original rule before it was changed?

Hi,
Actually you can either cancel previous executions or keep them and have the new changes only be applied to new triggers.
There are two typed of messages you can encounter:
1 - When you're saving any changes to an active workflow the following message will appear. By saving it, you are only activating the changes to new triggers. If you check the cancel all pending executions box, then all the previous workflows will be canceled.
2 - When you disable a workflow, either on the canvas or list view, this message will apear. Here you can chose whether or not you want to let you current executions run its course before disabling the workflow or cancel them.Â
Hope this helps!

Sounds like a great addition to your workflow set. I have been using workflow and it has been a valued asset to Pipedrive. Count me in the beta if room is left for testers.
