1 email chain in 2 deals

Hello, Is there a way that can link the same email to 2 deals? unfortunately one costumer has been sending information from 2 deals in 1 email chain.Thanks for your help :)

    Hi @Lydia Marquez  you can use the Deal unique bcc email address to link the emails. Forward the email to yourself, in the bcc section apply the Deal unique email address (found in screenshot). This will link the emails in the Deal

    Enter a Deal and scroll down, focus on the left side panel until you find Email BCC
