Just wanted to say thanks for the new Leads section. I know it's in beta testing, but this is a brilliant addition. I've historically used "Deals" as a stopgap but that's often messed up my flow. Having a dedicated Leads section is exactly what I needed.

Excited to see how this section evolves and improves over time. Keep up the great work!

    Hi @Markus Funk we're in the process of rolling it out to all our customers. I have enabled it on your account just now so you should be able to see it on the top of your screen :)

    1. How is putting someone a lead better than making them a contact?
    2. Can leads make appts? Is there a different link for leads to make appts vs contacts (cold people coming in from my website should be leads. But people I've had in there awhile should be contacts)

    1. It depends on your process, most users don't want to clutter their contact list with really cold leads.
    2. And you can add activities to your leads like you can with contacts.  And we're working on other features and API capabilities so leads from your website can go into the leads. section as well.
