Attach documents when deal is won

Hi! When a deal is won we send an email directly to our accounting department with the signed offer attached. Now I want to automate this task.

I tried a workflow but I can´t attach documents into the automated mail :-( is this even possible? Maybe a workaround?

    You can create a new field called "Document URL"

    Populate this field with a link to the document

    Then when sending the automatic email, include that field as a merge field to pass it through to accounting.

    You can also use Integromat to make it easier. It allows you to create a lot of workflows, personally I'm a big fan and also a certified expert of Integromat.
