A great way to remind yourself of staying in touch is the Contacts Timeline. However, it is easy to get lost with all the contact on there. Thus the tip: create a filter for each of your strategic accounts to maintain the overview. Put yourself an account-review blocker in the diary (probably with your wider account team) to review the timeline regularly!
