📩 Quicker access to mail templates

@Mike van der Valk / @Bernd Auer 

A quick access to the mail template editing feature would really be helpful don't you agree? Right now, you have to go to:

-Mail / new Mail / then select "select template" and then select "manage templates"

before you can start editing your mail templates. Couldn't that be integrated relatively short here: Also duplicating an existing mail template would also be very helpful!
