Automation aren't working well

Hello guys, I use Pipedrive in Brazil and I'm having problems with some automation, the steps from automation are having delay. For example, there is one automation when it is WON, the automation has two steps, one send a massege for a channel in Slack and the other send an Email to the client. Both of step should happen in the same time, but what is happen is one happens intantly and the other is happening like 4 hours lates, without any changes.

Is there someone that is having the same problem? Does someone know the solution?
