New here - Ideas / Integration suggestion for project details

Hi everyone! 

My team is new to Pipedrive and we're excited to use this as our main hub for our clients. Each of our deals (architectural designs) contain tons of details that we would like to be able to reference whether it's to re-use a component on a new project or reach out to those with a certain feature for follow-up. 

The search feature in Pipedrive is great for high-level searches, but is there a way to include lots of categories or tags without overwhelming the interface? Is there an integration that might work for something like a searchable Design Library? Exporting the data and flipping into a table is an option, just looking for tips or smoother ideas. 

Open to any and all recommendations and suggestions!

    Hey there,

    Personally, I manage my database with Airtable and Integromat. 

    For example, when I have a new Calendly meeting I automated my new leads entry or I update informations if the lead is already referred in pipe but in parallel I have some tag and done project in Airtable.

    Hey @Kaylee that's great to see someone using Pipedrive for Architecture. I have a background in this field and lots of passion for the industry too.

    I would be very happy to discuss with you some ideas and also to know what are your main objectives for the future with Pipedrive.


    I've used Pipedrive and Asana to share projects with clients in the past and worked really well. 

    Another thing that you can do is "Categorise" your custom fields and then create Filters to see only what you want.


    Look there are lots of ways to use PD and I'm sure you will find a nice solution too.
