Hi Team,

In the Lead Section/Inbox is there the ability to file leads into different folders?

For Example: If I have 2 different leads sources one is called 'Leads from Website' and another is called 'Paid Lead Generation Leads'

The idea for me is to isolate campaigns to see which data yields the best results on different campaigns.

Does that make sense?

    Hey @Michael Mahon

I'm not quite sure if I've well understood your problem. You want to classify your prospect according to the source of them  within the prospect inbox ?

If yes, I see two option for your issue.

First, use Airtable and Make + workflow automation within Pipedrive. This way you can segment in a different database your leads entry and have it in Pipedrive. Peronnaly I use this option.

Second option, create a workflow automation within Pipedrive and use label, but the difficulty is maybe the trigger of the workflow.

I did not introduce myself, I'm Arthur, a French workflow automation specialist and a Make expert certified.

If you want, feel free to contact me : https://tally.so/r/m6z8om

Or you can set up a visio call with me at : https://calendly.com/soustellepro/consultation-gratuite-de-30-minutes?month=2022-02

The link is in French for now, sorry.

    Thanks Arthur,

Can you show (screenshots) or do a video on how you do that via Airtable?
