Workflow Automation conditions needs more than and less than options

As the Title Says there should be options for 'more than' and 'less than' in workflow automations. In my example I have a custom field where the salesman enters the highest discount he has used and if more than a certain amount a mail is sent to the sales director but im having to do it with 'starts with' '3' etc OR 'starts with '4'  instead I should be able to say 'Is more than' '3'
