Modifying People -block in Organization view

Is it possible to modify the people-sidebar block in the organization view to include some key details from the person (e.g. label, phone number, job title, etc.)?

    You have to go to your in data fields setting and add or delete custom field.

    Can you elaborate on this Arthur? I want to use the label function already set up in the person view but have that label show next to the name in the people block on the organization view. We often have a lot of organizations with several people associated with them, but I want to be able to easily label who our main point of contact is with a label. But right now you have to click into every single person to see the label.
