Automated meeting reminder for clients prior to meeting they booked with Pipedrive's Scheduler
Does anyone know if it's possible to set up a workflow automation, so when a client books a meeting they are reminded 1hr prior to meeting? It doesn't seem possible through Pipedrive itself as strangely enough scheduler Pipedrive's appointment calendar isn't a trigger. I've tried it through Zapier but just cant seem to work it out.
Any help would be appreciated.

Seems like it won't work. Was trying the same and activity due time is not readable in workflow conditions.
You can try google calendar and zapier connections instead Pipedrive and zapier.

Thank you, yes I ended up using Zapier, Google Calendar and Send In Blue. If a meeting pops up in Calendar with a certain heading Zapier triggers Send in Blue to send a certain email. Not ideal but it was a workaround.
Send transactional email in Sendinblue when event start in Google Calendar

This is a basic must have feature. We have so many clients forgeting appointements that we do think about changing to another software.
