Hello everyone.

I have created an automated workflow that sends an email to some stakeholders every time a deal is Won. I would like to create a link en the email so hey click the link and see the details in Pipedrive directly, without the need for searching.

Something like

--

View the details inside Pipedrive using the following link:

https://mycompany.pipedrive.com/deal/DEALID

--

But the Deal ID is not available on the merge fields for email templates.

¿Is there any workaround or solution?

Are you using send email or send email template?

Are you using send email or send email template?

Email Template, the email contains multiple fields and needs some formatting.

    Hi Josue!

In this case, if you are using Pipedrive Automations, then selecting "Send Email" (instead of Email Template) will give you an option to use different fields, and Deal ID is also included. This way you can set up needed link from your side. An example here: https://sharing.pipedrive.com/jcICZw

    I found a solution :
make an automation to put the deal id in an already existing deal field
Then use this field as the deal ID in your email template

We have to work smart due to the lack of customers voice... Thanks Pipedrive !!!!

    Just following up this topic.

I already tried the "Send email" but the editor lacks functionality and the emails sent this way look awful.

I will try the automation suggested by Isabelle
